Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY) and the visiting Plattsburgh Hornets (Plattsburgh, NY), witnessed West Genesee's lacrosse squad top Plattsburgh by a count of 29-2.
The Wildcats (17-0) will now prepare for their contest against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Silver Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 16-2 record. In their last outing, Niskayuna overcame Shaker (Latham, NY), 14-3, in a league outing.
With the loss, Plattsburgh falls to 6-11 on the year.
