In Wednesday's non-league test, the Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN) softball squad got by the visiting Bethlehem Academy Cardinals (Faribault, MN), by a count of 1-0.
Next, the Gators meet the United South Central Rebels (Wells, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, June 6. Badger/Greenbush-Middle River will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 22-1 record after their 12-0 non-league win over Blackduck (Blackduck, MN).
The Cardinals (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Braham (Braham, MN). The Bombers enter the non-league challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, Braham was nudged by United South Central (Wells, MN), 6-0, in a non-league challenge.
