The Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) softball routed the host Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ), 7-1 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Hornets now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Governor Livingston for a non-league outing on Friday, June 6. Hanover Park will encounter a Highlanders team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 16-7.
With the loss, Becton moves to 11-10 on the season.
