Iowa High School Softball - Grinnell bounces South Tama County

In Wednesday's league match, the host Grinnell Tigers softball team scored a nice 14-0 victory over the South Tama County Trojans.
The Tigers (8-0) will now prepare for their match against Ballard (Huxley, IA). The Bombers go into the non-league match with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Ballard was routed by Winterset (Winterset, IA), 9-1, in a league contest.
The Trojans now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they host North Tama for a non-league contest on Thursday, June 5. South Tama County will face a Redhawks squad coming off a 13-12 league loss to Colo-NESCO (Colo, IA). The Redhawks record now stands at 1-3.
