Minnesota High School Softball - Rocori edges Mankato East

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Rocori Spartans softball team scored a tight 2-0 win over the Mankato East Cougars.
The Spartans (18-5) will now prepare for their match against Byron (Byron, MN). The Bears come into the non-league match with a 17-5 record. In their last match, Byron nipped Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN), 6-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Chisago Lakes Area Wildcats (Lindstrom, MN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, June 5. Mankato East will attempt to better on its 17-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 14-7 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Byron (Byron, MN).
