The South Hardin Tigers softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Union Knights to 3 in the Tigers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to AGWSR for a North Iowa Cedar - West battle on Thursday, June 5. South Hardin will confront a Cougars team coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Columbus (Waterloo, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Union moves to 0-5 on the season. The Knights host Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA) to confront the Raiders in a non-league battle on Thursday, June 5. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 0-5. Dunkerton lost 14-1 in their recent league battle against Clarksville (Clarksville, IA)
