Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Lenox Tigers (Lenox, IA), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Logan-Magnolia for a Western Iowa challenge on Thursday, June 6. Riverside will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 12-8 non-league win over AHSTW (Avoca, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Lenox falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to CAM (Anita, IA) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 6. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 4-2.
