The Lightning (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Dubuque Senior (Dubuque, IA). The Rams come into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Dubuque Senior was routed by Prairie (Cedar Rapids, IA), 11-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Marquette Mohawks (Bellevue, IA) in a Tri-Rivers - East match, on Monday, June 8. Lisbon will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Mohawks come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 11-3 non-league win over East Buchanan (Winthrop, IA).
