The Academy of Notre Dame Lancers nipped the visiting Drury Blue Devils softball squad by a final score of 7-6 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Lancers (13-6) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County Tech (Turners Falls, MA). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 21-3 record. In their last battle, Franklin County Tech held off Norfolk County Agricultural (Walpole, MA), 10-3, in a non-league battle.

The Blue Devils now have a 9-12 record.
