The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the George Stevens Academy Eagles (Blue Hill, ME) and the visiting Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME), saw George Stevens Academy's softball squad achieve victory over Penquis Valley by a count of 11-3.
The Eagles now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mattanawcook for a non-league match on Thursday, June 8.
With the loss, Penquis Valley falls to 8-5 on the campaign.
