The Rice Lake Warriors held off the visiting West Salem Panthers soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Warriors now sport a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ashland for a non-league match on Saturday, June 8. Rice Lake will encounter a Oredockers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lakeland (Minocqua, WI). The Oredockers record now stands at 15-2.
With the loss, West Salem drops to 5-5 on the season.
