Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Coyotes now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ellsworth for a non-league challenge on Saturday, June 8. Old Town will face a Eagles squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 14-3.

With the loss, Lawrence falls to 8-10 on the campaign.
