Watertown Goslings (Watertown, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Sun Prairie East Cardinals (Sun Prairie, WI), 8-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Goslings now own a 22-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kenosha Bradford for a non-league challenge on Friday, June 7. Watertown will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Cedarburg (Cedarburg, WI). The Red Devils record now stands at 23-3.

With the loss, Sun Prairie East falls to 21-3 on the campaign.
