Next, the Mustangs face the Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers (Center Point, IA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, June 9. Mt. Vernon will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Stormin' Pointers enter the battle with a 1-7 record after their 6-4 league loss to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA).
