Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA), 12-5 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Atlee advances its record to 10-8 on the season. The Raiders travel to Salem (Salem, VA) to play the Spartans in a non-league game on Tuesday, June 10. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 15-3. Salem won 9-4 in their recent non-league game against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA)
The Warriors now sport a 14-5 record.
