The Hanover Park Hornets softball team scored 4 runs and held the host Governor Livingston Highlanders to 0 in the Hornets non-league win on Friday.
The Hornets now possess a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson Township for a non-league battle on Tuesday, June 10. Hanover Park will confront a Falcons team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 21-4.
With the loss, Governor Livingston moves to 16-8 on the season.
