The Morris Knolls Golden Eagles softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Morristown Colonials to 1 in the Golden Eagles non-league win on Friday.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watchung Hills Regional for a non-league battle on Tuesday, June 10. Morris Knolls will confront a Warriors team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Columbia (Maplewood, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 24-6.

With the loss, Morristown moves to 15-6 on the season.
