Stearns Minutemen (Millinocket, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host East Grand Vikings (Dansforth, ME), 19-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Minutemen now hold a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penobscot Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, June 9. Stearns will clash with a Howlers team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Shead (Eastport, ME). The Howlers record now stands at 7-4.
