Maine High School Softball - Maine Central Institute loses to Sumner

The Sumner Tigers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Maine Central Institute Huskies to 2 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Sumner improves its record to 14-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Houlton (Houlton, ME) to clash with the Shiretowners in a non-league game on Thursday, June 9. The Shiretowners come into the game with a record of 7-1. Houlton won 14-1 in their recent non-league game against Fort Kent (Fort Kent, ME)
