Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad top the host Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME), 10-0 in a non-league battle.
The Coyotes (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, Lawrence topped Belfast (Belfast, ME), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now sport a 4-12 record.
