Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Edison Academy upgrades its record to 20-7 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Cass City (Cass City, MI) to battle the Red Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, June 10. The Red Hawks come into the test with a record of 22-7.
With the defeat, Bishop Foley falls to 4-8 on the season.
