The Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting English Valleys Bears to 0 in the Tigerhawks league victory on Friday.
The Tigerhawks (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Twin Cedars (Bussey, IA). The Sabers go into the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Twin Cedars ran past Melcher-Dallas (Melcher, IA), 25-1, in a league match.
The Bears (0-8) will now prepare for their match against North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA). The Warhawks go into the non-league match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, North Mahaska ran past Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA), 3-2, in a non-league match.
