The South Hamilton Hawks softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Dunkerton Raiders to 0 in the Hawks non-league win on Saturday.

The Hawks now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greene County for a Heart of Iowa battle on Monday, June 9. South Hamilton will confront a Rams team coming off a 7-5 league loss to West Marshall (State Center, IA). The Rams record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Dunkerton moves to 0-10 on the season. The Raiders travel to North Tama (Traer, IA) to confront the Redhawks in a non-league battle on Monday, June 9. The Redhawks come into the battle with a record of 3-4. North Tama won 9-8 in their recent non-league battle against Rockford (Rockford, IA)
