New York High School Softball - Lancaster bounces Rome Free Academy

June 7, 2025: Lancaster, NY 14086

The Lancaster Legends softball squad scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Rome Free Academy Black Knights to 2 in the Legends non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Lancaster upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Legends travel to Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Friday, June 13. The Hawks enter the game with a record of 17-3. Corning-Painted Post won 6-0 in their recent non-league game against Middletown (Middletown, NY)

The Black Knights now own a 14-7 record.
