Indiana High School Softball - Western edges Mississinewa

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) and the visiting Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN), observed Western's softball team get by Mississinewa by a final score of 2-0.

The Panthers (28-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 16-12 record. In their last bout, Hanover Central tipped Highland (Highland, IN), 5-1, in a non-league bout.
