In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Grosse Pointe North Norsemen baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the De La Salle Collegiate Pilots.
The Norsemen (18-6) will now prepare for their game against Groves (Beverly Hills, MI). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Groves tipped University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI), 5-1, in a non-league game.
