In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Houghton Gremlins baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Gladstone Braves.
The Gremlins (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 32-6 record. In their last game, Standish-Sterling tipped Beaverton (Beaverton, MI), 19-7, in a non-league game.
