The Eau Claire Memorial Old Abes held off the host D.C. Everest Evergreens soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Old Abes now sport a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to De Pere for a non-league match on Saturday, June 11. Eau Claire Memorial will encounter a Redbirds squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Appleton North (Appleton, WI). The Redbirds record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, D.C. Everest drops to 4-1 on the season.
