Iowa High School Baseball - East Union wallops Mormon Trail

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting East Union Eagles baseball team scored a nice 16-4 win over the Mormon Trail Saints.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Lenox (Lenox, IA). The Tigers go into the Pride of Iowa game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Lenox was overwhelmed by Mount Ayr (Mount Ayr, IA), 9-5, in a league game.
Next, the Saints play the Moulton-Udell Eagles (Moulton, IA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, June 12. Mormon Trail will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 0-5 record after their 12-3 league loss to Moravia (Moravia, IA).
