The Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove Falcons softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Lawton-Bronson Eagles to 8 in the Falcons league win on Monday.
The Falcons now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute for a Western Valley battle on Thursday, June 12.
With the loss, Lawton-Bronson moves to 3-5 on the season. The Eagles host River Valley (Correctionville, IA) to confront the Wolverines in a Western Valley battle on Wednesday, June 11. The Wolverines come into the battle with a record of 3-7. River Valley won 5-4 in their recent non-league battle against Western Christian (Hull, IA)
