The Shenandoah Mustangs baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Lenox Tigers to 8 in the Mustangs non-league win on Monday.

The Mustangs now own a 14-13 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-Center for a non-league test on Tuesday, July 2. Shenandoah will play a Trojans team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 13-6.

With the defeat, Lenox drops to 19-6 on the year. The Tigers host Clarinda (Clarinda, IA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league test on Tuesday, July 2. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 19-3. Clarinda won 14-10 in their recent league test against Glenwood (Glenwood, IA)
