In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Western Christian Wolfpack softball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Lawton-Bronson Eagles.

The Wolfpack (5-15) will now prepare for their match against Cherokee Washington (Cherokee, IA). The Braves go into the non-league match with a 2-13 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the St. Mary's Hawks (Remsen, IA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, July 3. Lawton-Bronson will attempt to better on its 11-14 season record. The Hawks go into the match with a 7-5 record after their 8-5 league loss to Hinton (Hinton, IA).
