Iowa High School Baseball - Webster City edges Forest City

The Webster City Lynx baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Forest City Indians to 11 in the Lynx non-league win on Wednesday.
The Lynx now own a 11-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osage for a non-league test on Thursday, July 3. Webster City will clash with a Green Devils team coming off a 14-8 non-league win over Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA). The Green Devils record now stands at 13-9.
With the defeat, Forest City drops to 16-5 on the year. The Indians travel to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Top of Iowa - West test on Thursday, July 3. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 15-4.
