The Indianola Indians softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Ottumwa Bulldogs to 3 in the Indians non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Indianola moves its record to 26-11 on the year.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Ankeny Hawks (Ankeny, IA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, July 5. Ottumwa will attempt to move on its 16-14 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 29-6 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Xavier (Cedar Rapids, IA).
