The Southeast Valley Jaguars triumphed over the visiting Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders softball squad by a count of 13-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Jaguars play the Webster City Lynx (Webster City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, July 8. Southeast Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 16-8 season record. The Lynx enter the challenge with a 15-12 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to North Polk (Alleman, IA).

The Crusaders (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA). The Rockets enter the Rolling Valley challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Ar-We-Va overcame Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA), 8-3, in a non-league challenge.
