The Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) baseball trounced the host Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS (Rock Valley, IA), 16-8 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-29 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lewis Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, July 8. Le Mars will clash with a Titans team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA). The Titans record now stands at 24-8.
With the defeat, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley drops to 10-13 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA) to clash with the Warriors in a Siouxland challenge on Friday, July 11. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 16-8.
