The Indians (13-8) will now prepare for their bout against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 17-10 record. In their last bout, Clear Lake tipped Hampton-Dumont/CAL (Hampton, IA), 3-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Benton Bobcats (Van Horne, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, July 10. Iowa Falls-Alden will attempt to advance on its 10-11 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 18-11 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Solon (Solon, IA).
