In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) baseball squad the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, IA), by a tally of 7-2.
Next up, the Rams encounter the Washington Warriors (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, July 12. Southeast Polk will attempt to upgrade on its 24-16 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 10-27 record after their 5-2 league loss to Hempstead (Dubuque, IA).
The Tigers (8-20) will now prepare for their bout against Benton (Van Horne, IA). The Bobcats enter the non-league bout with a 26-13 record. In their last bout, Benton was overwhelmed by Wahlert (Dubuque, IA), 8-2, in a non-league bout.
