Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Warren Central Vikings (Vicksburg, MS), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hernando improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Tupelo (Tupelo, MS) to face the Golden Wave in a non-league test on Saturday, August 2. The Golden Wave go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Vikings now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 5. Warren Central will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Starkville Academy (Starkville, MS). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
