The Salem Hills Skyhawks (Salem, UT) soccer nudged the visiting Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT), 4-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.
With the win, Salem Hills moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Skyhawks host Timpview (Provo, UT) to battle the Thunderbirds in a 5A Region 7 bout on Tuesday, August 15. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Timpview won 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mountain View (Orem, UT)
In their next game, the Utes battle the Waterford Ravens (Sandy, UT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, August 16. Uintah will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Ravens go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT).
