The Ripley Tigers topped the visiting Baldwyn Bearcats volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Union for a non-league test on Saturday, August 12. Ripley will confront a Urchins team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Wheeler (Wheeler, MS). The Urchins record now stands at 4-2.
The Bearcats (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS). The Cardinals enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Potts Camp was knocked off by East Webster (Maben, MS), 3-1, in a non-league test.
