In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Juab Wasps volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Summit Academy Bears.
The Wasps (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Uintah (Vernal, UT). The Utes come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Uintah achieved victory over Cyprus (Magna, UT), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bears clash with the Taylorsville Warriors (Taylorsville, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 15. Summit Academy will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
