The West Trojans prevailed the host Mexia Black Cats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson-Shiro for a non-league test on Saturday, August 12.
The Black Cats (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Iola (Iola, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Iola gained a win over Madisonville (Madisonville, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
