Pensacola Area Homeschool Phoenix (Pensacola, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Calvary Christian Academy Patriots (Fort Walton Beach, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pensacola Area Homeschool improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Phoenix travel to East Hill Christian (Pensacola, FL) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 13. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Patriots now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Hill Christian for a test on Tuesday, September 3.

tournament summary continued from previous match.....Aiming for Coach Luke's goal of winning the "loser's bracket", after a long afternoon hiatus, our spunky squad took on the Calvary Christian Patriots. After a close opening set, our girls clamped down on their opponents with stellar serving and ball control, along with some effective attacks, and defeated the Lady Patriots in two sets, to clinch 5th place in the tournament and to win the "loser's bracket"!
