Next, the Hurricanes clash with the Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 13. Jasper County will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Bears go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 19-0 non-league win over Riverdale (Riverdale, GA).

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Upson-Lee was routed by Taylor County (Butler, GA), 16-6, in a non-league test.
