The Fayette County Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Jones County Greyhounds to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mary Persons for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 10. Fayette County will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Westside (Macon, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Jones County drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 10. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 2-1. Mary Persons won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Westside (Macon, GA)
