The New Boston Lions topped the visiting Ore City Rebels volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a non-league test on Friday, August 12.
The Rebels (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Mabank (Mabank, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Mabank was knocked off by Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
