    The Duchesne Eagles football squad scored 20 points and limited the host Uintah Utes to 18 in the Eagles non-league win on Friday.

    The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Hall for a non-league battle on Friday, August 18. Duchesne will play a Patriots squad coming off a 35-21 non-league win over North Sevier (Salina, UT). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.

    Coming up next, the Utes play the Tooele Buffaloes (Tooele, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 18. Uintah will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Buffaloes go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 44-14 non-league loss to Cyprus (Magna, UT).
