Springboro Panthers (Springboro, OH) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Sidney Yellowjackets (Sidney, OH), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 16. Springboro will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Firebirds enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Turpin (Cincinnati, OH).
With the loss, Sidney drops to 0-1 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Northmont (Clayton, OH) to meet the Thunderbolts in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 17. The Thunderbolts come into the test with a record of 0-0.
