Ohio High School Soccer - Barberton knocks off Coventry

Barberton Magics (Barberton, OH) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Coventry Comets (Akron, OH), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Magics confront the Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 20. Barberton will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

The Comets now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tallmadge for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 16. Coventry will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.
